I want to help you grow your capacity to be with all parts of your life.
All my life, I have found myself empathizing with people, feeling energized from true connection, and being with people as they process their feelings and sensations.
Motivated by this natural tendency, I have pursued over 15 years of formal training in psychology, mindfulness and somatics. I offer tools and compassionate space to help gain awareness around your thoughts and sensations.
