I hold space for people to untangle and integrate life experiences and tune into our bodies for another source of wisdom. I’ll support you to deepen your awareness, build capacity to be with the ebbs and flows of life and move towards your goals and passions.

Mindfulness has brought healing and choice to my life

So much of myself has been unknown to me throughout my life. I sometimes didn’t understand my own reactions. It was only through my own personal counseling and years of formal training that I began to understand my inner landscape.

I see healing as a continual journey, but some changes I’ve noticed in myself through studying and practicing somatics are:

  • an expanded capacity to hold multiplicity,
  • a conscious space between an event and my reaction,
  • an appreciation for things that bring me pleasure,
  • and the ability to sit with discomfort.

All of these have allowed me to create a lot more choice in my life. Choices that align myself with my values, befriend my different parts, and create more authentic connections.
